GCSE Results
GCSE results for Lutterworth College have been well received. The provisional “headline figures”:
Students achieving 5A*-C grades including English and Maths: 63.4%
Compared with recent years, these results are very pleasing, and show the value we add to students’ education here at Lutterworth.
However, behind these results are many stories of students who have achieved exceedingly well and who have performed far better than their “national expectations”. We continue to add value to students’ results thanks to the hard work of students, good quality teaching and mentoring by staff and the co-operation of parents.

Congratulations go to all the students for their hard work and study, to teachers for their dedication and guidance as well as to all parents for their support. These figures represent our best ever overall set of GCSE results.
There are many impressive individual performances, and the overall standard of students gaining 5A*-C grades is very good. Again, we had a strong result of students achieving 5A*-C grades including English and Maths at around 64%.
Particularly pleasing is the percentage of students gaining A*-C grades in English, Maths and Science (70% or more). Almost all students gained 5A*-G, whilst hardly any student left without a GCSE qualification, with 100% of students achieving at least one grade.
Most importantly of all, the vast majority of students gained the grades they needed to follow the further education course of their choice.
These results rank very highly with previous years and our target is to soon break 70% of students achieving the top grades including English and Maths.
We must also thank the hard work of all our family of schools (primary and High Schools) who contribute so much to pleasing results like these."
